As an experienced, trained and licensed professional, she takes 16 hours of continuing education classes annually along with specialized manufacturer training. She is a member of the Iowa Association of Hearing Health Professionals. “My intent is to put the patient in charge of their hearing loss and how they wish to improve their communication.
